Through thorough testing, regular improvements, and the dedication of our skilled team, we're here to make sure that every interaction with us is not just good but truly great.
Throughout the construction process our Quality Assurance Team evaluates the home at all critical stages to ensure the home is ready to move on to the next stage. We achieve this through five different inspections.
Before starting any construction on your property, our Quality Assurance Specialist inspects the selected site the chosen area for the home, ensuring that it is in the correct location and on the correct lot. They also check to see that the land is cleared and water and electricity is installed, or ready to be installed.
After the homes is framed, our specialist steps in to ensure everything has been executed accurately. This includes checking the dimensions to make sure they match the plans, correct installation of exterior doors and windows, down to correct installation of anchor bolts. nails and seam-tape installation.
During this inspection we review mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. This includes conducting a water test to ensure plumbing is active and maintains pressure. We also verify that all penetrations are properly sealed and supply lines are adequately insulated, as needed. We check to make sure the HVAC is aligned to the plan paying special attention to preventing kinks in the ducts and that air conditioning drain lines are correctly situated.
Our Final Inspection ensures accuracy of the entire home. Our QA Specialist dedicates several hours checking over the exterior and interior work, flatwork, and more. In addition to the physical inspection they also cross-reference all documentation to make certain that the actual features and components of the home align with what you selected.
With over 4 years of expertise and currently pursuing her Masters Degree with a concentration in Construction Management and Leadership and Organization, Celeste brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Quality Assurance Manager. She oversees every aspect of the construction process, from laying the foundation to adding the finishing touches, ensuring that each home is constructed precisely according to the plan.
Daniel, our Quality Assurance Specialist, brings together 3 years of construction experience and a distinguished military background, offering a unique skill set to the team. With a proven track record of precision and discipline acquired over many years in the Army, he ensures that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Every detail is meticulously examined, from project initiation to the final inspection, ensuring excellence in every home we build.
