Build the Whitney without a garage standard, or add the two-car garage for convenience. Add a separate master suite entrance with covered stoop for added ease of transition outdoors, or add the double front door option to improve the views even more.

The starting price is based off of the Classic exterior style with no garage. Overall size is 24' x 54' without garage. The Family Room has space for ample seating in addition to a small pocket office or fold-out desk in the corner. For additional luxury in the master suite: add a vaulted ceiling and the private master entrance and covered stoop.
Transform the master tub into a 5' shower or add the luxury master bath. The vaulted ceiling in the family room comes with an added gable window in the Legacy exterior. The front porches are different sizes on the two exterior styles.
