The Mesa Features

The starting price is based on the Classic Elevation. Overall approx size: 69' w x 31' d with two-car garage, and 49' x 31" without garage. The eating area is 9'6 x 10'. All dimensions are approximate.

Split master and secondary bedrooms afford plenty of privacy for the sleeping areas, and the walk-in closets secondary bedroom provide lots of hanging room and shelf space.

You'll save steps in your kitchen with this efficient layout, and you'll be right where the action is in the open-concept layout.

Adding a two-car garage is easy with the Mesa, and the entry through the laundry room gives you a natural transition inside the home.
