The Meridian Features

The starting price is based on the Classic Elevation. Overall size: 57' w x 36' d with two-car garage. The family room is over 20' x 16' and the eating area is over 10' x 13'—plenty of room for a long dining table.

A patio is not an included feature because we didn't want to guess how big you'd make it—you're only limited by your imagination.

You'll lack for nothing in the kitchen—tons of cabinet space and a huge walk-in pantry.

There is plenty room in the owner's entry off the garage for a mud bench and storage.

The Legacy exterior style comes with an expansive covered porch—or lovely evening or morning sits.
