The Grandview Features

The starting price is based on the Classic Elevation. Overall approx size: 65' w x 52' d with two-car garage, and 77' x 52" with three-car garage. The family room is 17' x 19' and the kitchen is over 13' x 11'. Bedroom 2 is over-sized.

The master suite is tucked away to provide plenty of privacy, and you'll luxuriate with plenty of space in the master bedroom at 14' x 17'.
