The Chambers Features

The starting price is based on the Classic Elevation. The Chambers has generously sized rooms for comfortable living with lots of storage! Overall approximate size: 55' w x 47' d with two-car garage, and 55' w x 34' d without garage. The family room is approximately 20 x 15' and the eating area is 11' x 11'. The master suite is approx. 13' x 15'. Check out the Interactive Floorplan link above to explore how furniture fits in this space.

You may not want to leave this laundry room - nestled right in the center of the action with a big window (in the no-garage option) and plenty of room to move around, fold, and hang. And don't mistake the pantry for a master closet, as big as it is we would understand..

Use the extra laundry space for a drop zone to keep keys, phones, chargers, mail; or a mud bench for bags, coats and shoes.
