The Calvin Features

The starting price is based on the Classic Elevation. The Calvin has generously sized rooms for comfortable living with lots of storage! Overall size: 69' w x 46' d with two-car garage, and 59' x 46" without garage. The family room is approx 18 x 18' and the eating area: 11' x 12'. Bedroom 2 and the flex room are generously proportioned at approx 14' x 11' apiece.

You may not want to leave this laundry room - tucked under the front porch with a big window and plenty of room to move around, fold, and hang. And don't mistake the pantry for a master closet, as big as it is we would understand..

Use the mud room for a drop zone to keep keys, phones, chargers, mail, purses and bags; maybe even a space for shoes.
