The Bankhead is a charming home with lots of options to fit your family's needs!

The open-concept kitchen, dining and family room are privately located just far enough from the entry and covered porch—but not too far. You'll have plenty of room for that big sectional in the huge family room, or, if you prefer more living space upstairs, the optional bonus room offers 400 SF of living space with optional 1/2 bath.

You'll have plenty of places to put things, with ample closet, linen and pantry space, and the owner's entry affords a place for a mud bench or lockers for shoes, bags, umbrellas... whatever! Bedrooms 2 and 3 are tucked away so fun can happen in the family room while kiddos or office work are going on in these rooms.

The Bankhead Features

The starting price is based on the Classic Elevation. The spacious covered patio can be extended to 17' x 12', and the front porch can be enlarged on the Legacy exterior to accommodate all the evening gazing or gathering you want!

Add a wood-burning fireplace to liven up winter nights, or an optional master bedroom door to the patio to transition more comfortably. The split master affords privacy and relaxation, and the secondary bedrooms can also be used for work or craft space.
