What to Expect on the Tour

1. Framed Stage – The Muddy Boots Tour

• Tour a home under construction at the framing and MEP stage! Join us for a unique tour where you'll see the home's framework and mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations. Windows are already installed, but insulation and drywall are yet to come, offering a rare behind-the-scenes look at how everything comes together.
• Highlights: Experience the open structure and layout of our Hudson plan, visualizing the flow of spaces and the quality craftsmanship that goes into every Hedgefield home. Our Builder will be on site to answer all your questions! 

2. Completed Home – Open House

• Drive less than a mile and you'll be able to walk through our fully finished model home to see the final product and imagine yourself living in the space.
• Highlights: Walk through our most popular Grandview plan, explore beautiful finishes, see our options in person and discuss personalization options for your dream home with our New Home Specialist.
